Shawna’s 6 week program is designed for new students and students continuing to strengthen their practice. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques (or improve upon them).
This series is also geared towards overall strength, flexibility and will increase awareness of your posture as a runner or athlete, along with relaxing the mind. The supportive environment of this class will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice.
Join Shawna in this yoga series where she takes you through a set of highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are key to the demands of an elite athlete. It doesn’t matter what sport you are involved in, this class may be what you're missing in your training regime!
